Ways to Volunteer

Executive Board- This team is responsible for the oversight and management of everything for the Hunters Creek Elementary PTA. Responsibilities include communicating and managing decisions for events, oversight of all committees, maintaining relationships with our sister school (Woodview) and SBEF (Spring Branch Educational Foundation), oversight and management of all budgets and transactions associated with the PTA, fundraising for each new fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

Chair a Committee- Committee Chairs are responsible for managing a budget (income and expense), planning event(s) and scheduling volunteers. These responsibilities vary by committee. To learn more about the different committees, click Chair a Committee above.

Volunteer to help a Committee - WE NEED HELP! The success of the PTA depends on the volunteers we have! Throughout the year we will have sign up opportunities to assist in different events. We will be publishing those here on the website.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Before you can volunteer on campus, please be sure that you have registered with the district.  Re-registration is necessary every school year and opens July 15th, 2025. 

Register NOW HERE Don't wait as this process can take some time and there are no exceptions. You CAN NOT volunteer on campus until this has been completed AND approved.
