The Hunters Creek Elementary PTA is powered by volunteers. From one-time event helpers to committee chairs and Executive Board members, our volunteers make the programs, traditions, and experiences our families love possible. We hope you'll find a way to get involved this year!

BEFORE YOU VOLUNTEER ON CAMPUS

All on-campus volunteers must be approved through Spring Branch ISD each school year.

Volunteer registration opens annually on July 15. We encourage you to complete your district volunteer application as early as possible, as the approval process can take time.

Please note: You must receive district approval before volunteering on campus. Volunteer registration must be completed every school year. 

Volunteer Opportunities

Executive Board

The Executive Board provides leadership and oversight for the Hunters Creek Elementary PTA. Board members work together to support our school community by overseeing committees, managing budgets and finances, planning programs and events, collaborating with school administration, and maintaining partnerships with organizations such as our sister school, Woodview Elementary, and the Spring Branch Education Foundation (SBEF). Together, they help guide the vision and success of the PTA throughout the school year.

Committee Chairs lead many of the programs and events that make HCE so special. Responsibilities vary by committee but may include planning an event, managing a budget, coordinating volunteers, and working with the Executive Board to bring ideas to life. Click HERE to explore our committees.

Many of our events rely on volunteers who can lend a hand before, during, or after an event. Whether you have one hour or several, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout the year.
